Cookie

Cookie is between 18-24 months old. This beautiful, classic girl has a sad story to tell. She was pulled from a shelter with three small puppies. At the time, she was ill with a bacterial infection that was passed along to her babies. Sadly, Cookie's babies didn't make it, and Cookie has been on the mend and is blossoming into a gorgeous beauty.

Cookie is in a foster home with other dogs. She gets along just fine with them but her preference is to have a human for company. So if you are looking for an only dog, Cookie could be your girl! Cookie understands a few commands, is housebroken and walks very nicely on a leash. She is always well behaved during the hubbub of adoption events, taking in the activity around her. She will make a great companion for an active family.
