Jillian was rescued from a high kill shelter on her last day. She came to us with an enlarged mammary gland that required removal and a large amount of aftercare. We were lucky to find a loving foster home for her so that she could recover in a quiet home. Now that she is 100% healthy, her coat shines, her weight is excellent and she exudes good health! Jillian is between 2-3 years old and has the most beautiful face! She gets along with all medium to large dogs...and she really LOVES people! She walks nicely on a leash, is housebroken, enjoys kids, but NOT cats. She shows a little too much interest in the kitties, so other dogs are great, but not small animals (including small dogs).
Jillian will bloom in a home where her people can spend a lot of time with her and can take her along - she is somewhat insecure at being left alone - she would do wonderfully with another dog in an active family.
