Amber

Amber is a darling 6-8 month old puppy. This little girl was impounded when her "owner" was arrested and brought to jail. She was impounded with another German Shepherds The other one had a microchip and when they checked, found out that she had been stolen. She was returned to her family. While they were together Amber had bonded with her and cried for two days according to the shelter after she left. The lady said she was going to come back and adopt her, but she never returned.

Amber loves to be with other dogs and is kennel mates with Indy. She is on the skinny side so she needs to gain some weight. She is a happy, energetic girl who will be an asset to any family.

Puppies are a life-long commitment. They need time, training, vet care and healthy feeding to become good canine citizens. Don't even think of adopting a puppy unless you intend to invest the time and money and commitment required, and you can expect to lose a few good shoes along the way!

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $400 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
