Archer

Archer & Brady hanging out with friends!

Archer & Brady in a small shelter kennel with another dog!

Archer is a handsome sable one year old neutered male. With a great playful disposition and wonderfully expressive eyes his boyish charm is soon evident. He is confident and loyal.

But there is more ! Archer is friendly toward people, great with kids, and loves to play with other dogs. But we aren’t done yet with his charms. He is also housebroken and can be left alone with no issues. Archer knows how to go through a dog door, sleeps quietly at night and knows his basic commands like, sit, stay, leave it, and come. Eager to learn, and intelligent he is a great pupil for further dog training. Followed of course by the belly rub and game of squeaky football or rope toy or tennis ball as his after school treat.

Did we mention that he loves to play with other dogs? Because of his young puppy like stage, he has a lot of energy and would be very happy in a home with another dog friend. Archer was rescued from an animal control facility along with Brady. His capacity to grow and blossom is evident in the pictures of his rescue journey to the dog he is today. He has a lot of love to share.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $350 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
