Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

We found Brandy languishing in a high-kill animal shelter with almost no hope of coming out alive if we hadn't taken her. Although at probably 8 years old, Brandy has plenty of life and love left to give. She can jump, unaided and very eagerly, into the back of a large SUV - something some dogs half her age can't do. With a proper introduction, Brandy gets along with other dogs. Please consider adopting a senior girl like Brandy - they easily fit into your lives and make you wonder how you ever thought you were happy before they came.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $350 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
