Brooklyn

Brooklyn has many admirers. She quickly became a favorite with the shelter workers and everyone that spends even just a little time with Brooklyn falls in love with her sweet, gentle nature.

She was found as a stray, but she'll never have to worry about that again. Brooklyn is living in a foster home with two little children and three cats. She's a great family dog and enjoys spending time with the kids. She even listens to the commands the 7-year old attempts to teach her! She's mastered "sit", "shake" and "lay down". With the cats she's curious, but respectful. Although, she'd probably chase if they ran!

She walks easily on the leash, even for the children. She rides well in the car. She's good with other dogs. At night, she sleeps quiet lying her crate and she's house broken! There's nothing but good things to say about this girl! Brooklyn gets along with everybody and any family would be lucky to have her. Just make sure to watch out for her tail, it never stops wagging!

We are asking a $400.00 donation for Brooklyn's adoption!

If you are interested in meeting me, please contact Teresa via email at baltao@sbcglobal.net. Don't forget to fill out our online application.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $300 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
