Brooklyn

Meet Brooklyn! This 5 year old beauty has just arrived at the rescue. Thankfully, a shelter scout with a keen eye for shepherds saw her languishing in a high kill shelter and alerted us to her. She appears to be young and very trainable. She has a strong ball drive and would love a job. We will update Brooklyn's info as we get to know her better.

Brooklyn has fortunately thrived in boarding that is no longer the skinny neglected dog that first arrived with us. Brooklyn now needs a forever family to exercise and love her. She acts like the big bad girl when confined but is a true sweetheart of a girl. She will be a great dog for running and possible agility work? She will also be a great addition to any family and be a true and loyal companion for life. Her gorgeous sable coloring is a bonus that just can't be overlooked!

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $300 to $400. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
