Caleb, who was given his name because it means dog in Hebrew. Caleb is also sometimes translated as "faithful" or "loyal," probably because a dog displays these attributes towards their human companions. And our Caleb is no different.

He is 5 years old and was faithful and loyal to his owners. Due to some unfortunate circumstances they could no longer care for him.

Caleb is new to Coastal and we are still learning about him, but what we do know is that Caleb is an escape artist and can make it over a 6 foot fence with little to no problem. That being said, Caleb would be great for a condo situation or in a home where he could stay in with his family.

Caleb was raised around children and little dogs. He is submissive and does well with other dogs.

Caleb has been an outdoor dog all his life and is looking forward to the comfort of a warm indoor bed and the love and affection of his family.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $300 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
