Daisy
Daisy’s family will testify under oath that she is an A+ pet. They have loved her since she was a puppy, but unfortunately things weren’t working out with their five other female dogs. We are pretty certain that Daisy’s canine sisters are just jealous because she is such a high achiever, but you know how catty females can get! It absolutely broke her family’s heart to give her up, but they knew that Daisy wouldn’t have any trouble finding a new home.
Our new pups are sometimes overwhelmed by all the people and other dogs at their first adoption event, but not Daisy. Her time in school has prepared her to behave beautifully in any situation. She displayed her impeccable manners and training by laying quietly in the shade at a volunteer’s feet. As evidenced by our pictures, she wasn’t the problem child in her former home. She got along just fine with our white GSD named, “Rayne,” no doubt because they have so much in common. They are both little flirts that love to play with male dogs!
Even though Daisy is a wiz kid, she just can’t understand why her family gave her up. Consequently, she is a bit shy at first. Within 10 minutes, she will look up at you with those big, brown eyes as if to say, “Please take me home.” You won’t be sorry that you did because she will greet you with a big, “Ma-roo-roo,” every time you walk in the door. “Maruru” means thank you in Tahitian.
Not only is she one smart cookie but so well mannered too!

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $300 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible. Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis.
