Diablo

This absolutely stunning young man not only has the looks, he has the personality to go along with it. Diablo is a very calm and steady pup. Its hard to believe he is only 6 months old! Diablo's owner was arrested and went to jail; Diablo was left alone in a yard with no one to look out for him. A caring neighbor rescued him from the lonely backyard and took him to a shelter to keep him safe. Unfortunately, the shelter is very high kill so Diablo's fate was almost sealed (i.e., euthanasia) BUT he got on a big list of dogs that was getting networked. Thankfully, Coastal received enough donations to save a few of these wonderful dogs and Diablo made it into the freedom van!

Diablo isn't coated, but he has a longer coat that is absolutely beautiful. Its very hard to see in the pictures - he also has piercing, amber eyes that soak up everything going on around him. This is a wonderful boy who will fit into most family situations - did we mention that he loves other dogs? We haven't cat tested him yet but he has such a lovely "get along" demeanor that we are pretty confident that he will be kitty friendly too.

Puppies are a life-long commitment. They need time, training, vet care and healthy feeding to become good canine citizens. Don't even think of adopting a puppy unless you intend to invest the time and money and commitment required, and you can expect to lose a few good shoes along the way!

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $400 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
