Diego

Diego LOVES other dogs - his mentor and buddy is Joanie who is showing him the ropes and teaching him that life can be fun. He is a coated sable fellow with one cock eyed ear that gives him a mischeivous look! As we learn more about this little guy ( no more than 6 mos old), we will update his bio.

Update 10/28/2007
Diego is doing really well in his foster home. He is learning a lot about life and working on his housebreaking. Everything is new to him and some what overwhelming at times. His foster mom thinks he would do really well in a household with another dog to show him the ropes. He’s learning how to play and hasn’t quite figured out what to do with toys yet, but his big sister is teaching him. He loves other dogs, saw a cat and ran away.

Diego has latched on to his foster mom and follows her around everywhere she goes which has earned him the nickname "Shadow"! Diego is the typical GSD, he is very loving and wants to lie right next to his person or close as possible.

Puppies are a life-long commitment. They need time, training, vet care and healthy feeding to become good canine citizens. Don't even think of adopting a puppy unless you intend to invest the time and money and commitment required, and you can expect to lose a few good shoes along the way!
