Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

Hi! My name is Harley, I am a strapping young guy as you can see. I am just under 2 yrs old and need a new home soon. I love playing in water (hose please, not pools) and running and jumping. I also love getting new toys and treats, mmm. I want to tell you why me and my "mom" or as most would call her, my owner, are writing this letter: I can't type.

My mom wants to find me a loving new home. Not because she doesn't want me anymore but for two reasons. First, she has become allergic to me, she gets real itchy when she handles me, and second, she has a young boy with Autism.

Her son takes up alot of her time every day, and she doesn't have much for me. She tries, though, and she does come out daily to feed me and give me my water. She also comes out when she has a chance and talks to me and even pets me, even though she gets all itchy. My mom wets me with the hose when it's warm out, and I love that. She loves me very much and would just like to find me a new family that has more time to spend with me.
