Jolie

She sits when asked, and shakes hands. She's housebroken, needs a bit of brushing up on her leash, and she's tolerant of all the toothy and barky attention she's getting from her foster brothers and sisters. She eats in her crate and waits politely to be let out. Jolie is very playful with her dog buddies, big, small, sweet or obnoxious, and she loves to run, but hasn't shown much interest in toys ... yet! All in all you couldn't ask for a more beautiful, polite and soulful girl than Jolie. Jolie is a true athlete (no, that doesn't mean she jumps fences!) and will do well in a house with another dog to play with, as a jogging companion, or may even do well in training as an assistance or therapy dog. She's got brains to go with all that beauty. Jolie is a rare find and deserves the best home possible.

Jolie was saved from the shelter with Maximus, and we beleive they're brother and sister. Two very beautiful dogs.

Coastal is asking a minimum $500 tax deductible donation for Jolie. She wants to help us help other dogs!

UPDATE 4/26/06:

Jolie's foster mom noticed that she's afraid of some loud noises; no war movies ("Jarhead") with surround sound for this girl. Strangely too, the sound of insects upsets her and causes her to find a safe corner. In every other way she's serene and normal - go figure! We need a doggy psychic volunteer!
