Little One

The economy has another doggie victim. Little One (who, by the way, isn't so little!!!) is a three year old handsome boy who arrived at Rescue after his owner lost her home. He arrived with Ella, his girl doggie buddy, and now that's she's found a new home, Little One is really hoping that he's next. Here's what we know about him.

When he arrived at Rescue, Little One was lacking in self confidence. With lots of love and attention though, he's coming out of his shell. We hear that he was great with the grandchildren who came to visit. And that he didn't bother the cat who also lived in the house. When given time to play together at our kennels, Little One and Ella loved, loved, loved to play with the water hose! Maybe when the weather gets warmer, he can play with a water hose at your home. Little One will be waiting!

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $400 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
