Major

One look at Major's shelter photo and our volunteers knew we had to help him. Major is the reason that so many of us get into rescue. He is a gorgeous male with a solid build (although he desperately needs to gain weight) and a calm demeanor. However, he is older - probably 6 or 7 (although his paperwork says he is 8) - his physical movement is awesome as he easily hops into a car for a ride and, after a quick nap in his new foster home, he was locked and loaded to have some fun chasing toys and getting to know his foster siblings.

Major is missing part of an ear and we have no idea how. Other than that, he is just a beautiful classic boy. He is in a foster home w/numerous other dogs who have all kinds of personalities (alpha, submissive, lack of confidence) and he was immediately accepted and he was happy to mold right in.

We are getting acquainted with Major and will update his profile as we get to know him better.
