Mickey

Friendly with dogs and people he is a respectful young lad that takes his walks seriously. He keeps his focus and really tries to do a good job. When you stop for a rest or an intersection, he will give you a smile and a nudge. Hugs and kisses are welcome at any stop.

Mickey is still a bit insecure and would benefit with some gentle challenges where he can succeed. When walked with a companion dog he will watch closely and always applauds another dog’s bravery, such as jumping up on a raised bench (oh wow) with a congratulatory head bob and kiss.

Mickey too would like to be brave. Mickey would love to play. If you would like to meet this handsome wonderful boy, please ask to see Mickey !

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $350 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
