Oso
Oso's family gave him up as they were cited for having too many dogs. We aren't sure why Oso drew the short stick but he did and we are committed to finding him just the right home!
Oso is well behaved and mellow when he with his "pack", unfortunately when left alone Oso gets frustrated and his anxiety turns to destruction. He will find anything to burn energy while you are away. He needs a strong crate and a buddy dog to be with him while his owner is away.
Oso is very driven to please. He excels at obedience training and would love to take that training further. Oso is not a difficult dog to handle, he actually is pretty simple. He obeys nicely and walks like a charm on a leash. All he needs is some security and boundaries from a crate, while his people are away from home. Coastal will work with whomever is lucky enough to add Oso to their pack, to make sure that he is suited with the correct crate for his size and strength.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $350 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible. Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis.
