Pax

Pax is an (approx)18 month old puppy. He is currently living in a foster home with one cat. He is very curious, but not in a harmful way of his feline companion. He is being crate trained and doing very well. Pax is definitely still a puppy, so he needs to go to a home with lots of patience, and extra toys. He is in the process of being potty trained and is doing very well. Pax is full of energy and needs a home that has lots of room to run and play. He would also enjoy having a playmate, but we don't think it’s a requirement as long as someone is home with him a lot. We are not recommending Pax for a home with young kids. We do believe he was abused by a male sometime in his past, so he can be very fearful at times. He also has a tendency to greet you with a lot of excitement and might knock over small toddlers. Pax is a wonderful energetic puppy that will be a great addition to your home!

He is missing a small piece of his tail - we don't know why, but he is still a very handsome boy.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $400 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
