Rayne

“Rayne, right after a treat and begging for more”.

Rayne hanging out with Regi!

Love Ya' Buddy!

These Adoption Events are soooo exhausting!!

Rayne is a beautiful young lady between 18-24 months old, and she is a puppy all the way. She is a sweet and spunky gal who is searching for a confident owner to please. She will do best with someone who can provide her with consistent exercise; so if you love to go for walks or jog, you may not need to look any further than Rayne. Additionally, she is well socialized and could just as easily thrive in a home with other dogs, she LOVES males dogs! She adores children, and has been known to befriend the occasional cat.

Despite never really knowing a good home with set boundaries and discipline, she has proven her willingness to learn quickly. With a little emphasis on obedience training from you, her untapped potential would soon make her the envy of your neighborhood.

Update 3/24/08
Rayne is a sweet and sassy not quite 2-year old white female shepherd who still thinks she is a puppy. She is a very playful gal who gets along great with larger male dogs and children, but is not particularly fond of cats. Rayne would best be placed in a home that was looking to find a playmate for their larger male dog or with an active family member who could ensure she received consistent exercise. Despite never knowing a good home with set boundaries and discipline, she has demonstrated great willingness and drive for training while under our supervision. If you understand what it means to be a good “pack-leader” and are looking for a great dog with untapped potential, then Rayne is your girl! Although Rayne loves to play rough, she listens and responds very well to a more gentle approach.

If you think you have what it takes to provide her with the leadership and compassion that she so deserves, please contact Teresa via email at baltao@sbcglobal.net. Don't forget to fill out our online application.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $350 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
