The minimum adoption donation ranges from $350 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible. Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Rayne is a sweet and sassy not quite 2-year old white female shepherd who still thinks she is a puppy. She is a very playful gal who gets along great with larger male dogs and children, but is not particularly fond of cats.
Rayne would best be placed in a home that was looking to find a playmate for their larger male dog or with an active family member who could ensure she received consistent exercise.
Despite never knowing a good home with set boundaries and discipline, she has demonstrated great willingness and drive for training while under our supervision. If you understand what it means to be a good “pack-leader” and are looking for a great dog with untapped potential, then Rayne is your girl! Although Rayne loves to play rough, she listens and responds very well to a more gentle approach.
