Sasha

Meet Sasha, one of the prettiest young ladies we've met at the rescue. After a few hours at an adoption event, she loosened up and relaxed with the many volunteers and visitors who gushed over her beauty. Sasha is more than beauty, she's an athletic, active tomboy too! Sasha will do best in an active home that wants to take her running, beaching and hiking. She does well with other dogs too!

Update 10/20/09
We are happy to share that Sasha moved into a foster home and is sharing it with 2 smaller rescue dogs. She is doing great with them and likes to play and have fun. She is too big to get through the doggie door :) so her foster dad lets her stay inside while he is gone and she is completely trustworthy to hang out and relax! He is proud to say that she hasn't had one accident and she doesn't have an interest in deconstructing furniture or window blinds!

Puppies are a life-long commitment. They need time, training, vet care and healthy feeding to become good canine citizens. Don't even think of adopting a puppy unless you intend to invest the time and money and commitment required, and you can expect to lose a few good shoes along the way!

If you are interested in meeting me, please contact Tiffany via email at tiffanycgsr@sbcglobal.net. Don't forget to fill out our online application.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $400 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
