Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

Scooby doo is a sweetheart of a girl. She absolutely LOVES other dogs....she yearns for acceptance from a pack so she will most likely fit into any home with other dogs of any demeanor. Scooby can be a little shy with humans but once she knows you, you are IT...it takes about 3 minutes and as long as Scooby can approach you, there are no issues. We don't think she will be a great choice for a family with small kids but teenagers, no problem. She gets better every day learning that people are good things. Her foster family is working with her to expose her to new situations on a daily basis.

Scooby has learned to love a crate! She came to her foster home and was immediately crated (she was too anxious and wouldn't settle down) - now after just a few hours, she goes into the crate by herself....one smart cookie, is that Scooby!

We are asking a $500.00 donation for Scooby's adoption.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $350 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
