Sprite is housebroken, knows how to use a doggie door without a problem, is trained to heel on a leash, sit, lie down and is excellent on recall! She is fantastic with dogs and people, could be a great therapy dog for that matter! Sprite is a perfect clown, she loves to make people laugh in her “Sprite” kind of way, she knows how to grab your heart and is one Social dog! She doesn’t seem to want to jump on beds although the couch is another story, if you are sitting on a couch, she will get on that couch in such a way that her head will ALWAYS end up on your lap, then she will give the biggest sigh and look up at you and snooze.

One thing we do know is that Sprite does not like cats, she loves to chase birds, rabbits and squirrels. She does have 1 bad habit, she can climb a 5 foot fence, now having said that the reason she climbed the fence at her previous home is to hang out with the other dog next door, all she wanted to do is play. When called, she climbs right back into her own back yard.

Sprite will need a home where she can have a playmate . . . . . she is looking for a partner in crime.
