Telsa

Telsa when she came into the rescue (she has babies in her belly!)

Such a good Mommy!

Telsa's wound has healed enough to be closed with stitches!

Telsa was found in the high desert, injured, starving and un known to all, pregnant! She had a very large laceration on her head and looked like she was scalped. While under the care of a local vet, she gave birth to 4 surprisingly healthy baby boys! In spite of her poor condition, her body was diverting all its resources to her pups!

She is healing well in her foster home and is in the process of weaning her pups! She has been a wonderful mom and is looking for a new family of her own. She will be ready for her new home soon!
