Thunder

Thunder is affectionate, but not clingy; he will come to you for a good head rub and then moves on to other more exciting chores. It is evident that someone in his previous life spent a significant amount of time training & socializing Thunder. He is crate trained, housebroken and doesn’t have a mental lapse when the doorbell is rung. Thunder is extremely well behaved with other dogs and appears to always submit, rather than attempt to dominate. Thunder does have a tendency to get a little excited at dinner time, and although he has a very low prey drive, cats might not be the best match for this active young guy!

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $300 to $400. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
