Tonka

Tonka rocks the world! He is a sensitive, bright soul whose previous owners either ignored or chose to disregard his ear infection to the point that his ear drums have ruptured. He can hear just fine but his ears are being aggressively treated to once and for all, get him pain free!

Tonka is housebroken, gentle and calm. He is happy to play gently with the young puppies in his foster home and he will either sleep in a crate or wherever there is a spot on the floor. He walks nicely on a leash and appears to have had some obedience training. He works hard to avoid trouble, at 97 lbs, he's a true gentle giant.

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $400 to $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
